During the course there will be three practical exercises (projects)

NLast year there were three exercises, here are some screenshots from projects 2 and 3 (writing a ray-tracer, and writing a 3D game - QBert)

Exercise 1 (due 30/3/2009 23:59)

Poisson image completion and seamless cloning. You can find the exercise here and a local copy (as PDF) here.

Finally grades are here and don't forget to check out a gallery of the best results!

Exercise 2 (due 27/4/2009 23:59)

Ray tracing. You can find the exercise here (local copy here). An FAQ can be found here.
Grades are here, don't forget to see the cool results!

Exercise 3 (due 21/6/2009 23:59)

OpenGL game. You can find the exercise here (local copy here). An FAQ can be found here
Grades are here (local copy here), there were some really cool games!!

Of all the games though, this one is our favorite. Way to go Terry and Lior!

** note that due to the fact that we published the exercise on Thursday, we're giving you until Thursday, June 18th at 23:59. That is exactly seven weeks to complete the exercise, which is a lot! We highly recommend that you have a working version/prototype in about 3-4 weeks. All groups that want can meet with Shy (or Lior) in 4 weeks to hear some advice and opinions on how the game is shaping up.
